Wrist muscles --Flexor-Pronator Muscles of the forearm training

 

KEY POINTS

  • Place elbow on knee and bend the arm slightly
  • Palm down , curl wrist down
  • The angle of movement of the wrist shouldn’t be too large and is best between 90°-180°

 

Wrist muscles—Extensors of the wrist training

 

KEY POINTS

  • Place elbow on knee, with arm bent slightly
  • Back of hand facing down, curl the hand up
  • The angel of movement of the wrist shouldn’t be too large and is best 90°-180°
